Since you have provided personal and/or business information for the purpose of becoming and continuing your membership with the NCA, we would like to make you aware of the following policies regarding security measures NCA employs to protect such personal data.
The NCA only collects personal and/or business information for the purpose of membership. The purpose for which the NCA collects personal information is documented on its application.
Limited access to that information is assured and only used for membership issues. Access is restricted by control of the information by our General Manager who protects the electronic information by passwords and the personal hard copy files by locks.
If you believe that your personal information on file at the NCA is inaccurate or incomplete, please contact us and we will make any corrections or additions necessary.
