  4. Plans Copier – Copying service at preferential rates. Allows trades/suppliers access to drawings without requiring additional sets to be run by architects/engineers

  5. ELECTRONIC PLANS ROOM (EPR) – No time to view plans? Looking for the last addenda before a job closes?  Save your time and money on gas and become a member of the EPR.  View them through your computer 24/7 at your leisure.  Print addenda’s, specs, even plans for any of the jobs that are on our weekly bulletin.  You can even view jobs that have been closed from last year!  

  6. NCA News E-Newsletter – Monthly information from local, provincial and federal sources is summarized and sent to Members. Keep up to date on those matters affecting your business

  7. Meeting Room – Hold your staff or client meetings in a well-appointed Boardroom or Classroom available on a reservation basis

  8. Social Events – Golf Tournament and dinner, Annual General Meeting, Safety Awareness Day, Membership Appreciation Day, Christmas Luncheon and Food Drive, Ski Day, Women in Construction and Young Leaders Events offering opportunities for members to meet other members

  11. Yearly Membership/Trade Directory – A Membership & Trade Directory containing the names of all the Members and their trade listing. These guides are widely distributed to architects, engineers, associations, municipalities and purchasers of construction services

  13. Educational Services and Seminars – Throughout the year, the NCA arranges for educational and safety seminars and courses pertinent to our industry

  14. Gold Seal – This national certification program for the construction industry provides recognition that an individual has a base level of competency as established by fellow industry practitioners. To a company, it provides a national standard of recognition for recruitment and advancement purposes. The Gold Seal Certification Program is available to NCA members

  15. Provincial Representation and Lobbying - You become a member of the Council of Ontario Construction Associations (COCA). COCA brings the concerns of members to the attention of Queen's Park and is committed to working with the government to ensure that Ontario's legislative landscape is one in which our industry can grow and prosper
